Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
1 cup water
1 vanilla bean
Yield: 1 cup

Total Time: 20 min
Instructions
Slice vanilla bean down the center and scrape out the seeds
Combine sugar, water and vanilla in a sauce pan
Bring pan to med-high heat and stir until sugar has dissolved (~10 min).
Remove from heat once liquid comes to boil
Pour into sterile glass container
Stores for about 1 week.
