Ingredients:
1 oz Grander 12 year Rum
1 oz Bimini Gin
.25 oz Bing Zhou Liqueur
.25 oz Demerara Syrup (1:1)
1 bar spoon Apricot Liqueur (Bitter Truth or Rothman Winter Orchard)
1 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake.
Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.
