Killing Them Softly

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Grander 12 year Rum

• 1 oz Bimini Gin

• .25 oz Bing Zhou Liqueur

• .25 oz Demerara Syrup (1:1)

• 1 bar spoon Apricot Liqueur (Bitter Truth or Rothman Winter Orchard)

• 1 oz Pineapple Juice

• .5 oz Lime Juice

• 1 oz Coconut Cream

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake.

2. Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.

3. Garnish with an orange twist.
