1/2 oz Mezcal
1 oz Repasado
1/2 oz Bing Zhou
3-4 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Garnish with Sage
Pour the mezcal, Repasado, and Bing Zhou into a mixing glass with ice and stir till chilled.
Place a large ice cube into the glass and pour the mixture on top.
Dash the chocolate bitters onto the ice cube 3-4 times
Garnish with sage ( try slapping the sage to unlock more aromatics).
