  • 1/2 oz Mezcal

  • 1 oz Repasado

  • 1/2 oz Bing Zhou

  • 3-4 dashes Chocolate Bitters

  • Garnish with Sage


  1. Pour the mezcal, Repasado, and Bing Zhou into a mixing glass with ice and stir till chilled.

  2. Place a large ice cube into the glass and pour the mixture on top.

  3. Dash the chocolate bitters onto the ice cube 3-4 times

  4. Garnish with sage ( try slapping the sage to unlock more aromatics).
