Humble Monkey

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Monkey Shoulder (or a milder scotch whisky)

• .25 oz Taktser

• .25 Benedictine

• .5 Brandy

• 1 drop of honey

• Dash of orange bitters

• Lemon & orange twist

• Big ice

Instructions

1. Combine Taktser, honey, and orange bitters into a mixing glass and mix until honey is mixed in well.

2. Add ice and other liquid ingredients and mix until cold

3. Pour into a rocks glass with a big ice cube and add a twist of lemon on top.
