Walter Mitty

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz bourbon

• .75 oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth

• .25 oz Laird's Applejack

• .25 oz Pimento Dram

• .5 oz Cinnamon syrup

• Generous bar spoon of Taktser

• 2 dashes of peach syrup

• Garnish with large orange peel

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold.

2. Strain into a chilled coupe.

3. Garnish with a large swath of orange peel.
